I love Chick Fil-A. I have yet to been to one that I didn't love. The food is always fresh, hot and delicious. The greetings from staff are warm and inviting. The prices are spot on for fast food. I long for this place when I am home in Massachusetts. We need Chick Fil-A near me. Unintentionally Chick Fil-A has made Sunday a sad day for patrons due to being closed.

Coming from NYC, all I could say was "wow" I mean seriously this place prides itself on customer service. They bring you food to your table?! They refill your drinks with a smile, "my pleasure"?! They give you mints and tell you to have a blessed day when leaving?! Seriously this type of treatment is foreign to me. Last time I went to a McDonalds in Manhattan the guy couldn't figure out how to use the automated machine to pour soda. Not to mention, the buns are amazingly soft and the spicy chicken sandwich with pickles was pretty damn good for fast food. Please open more near me!

Going to eat at Chick Fil-A, I was expecting very big things. The reviews here on Yelp were very good, I've heard all my friends brag about how great the chicken is, and EVERY time I've ever driven past the place, it is absolutely PACKED. One day I decided to stop in for lunch, and I have to say, although it didn't quite live up to expectations, it was very good. The drive-thru, like every other time I've been by the place, was wrapped around the building, and there were two young ladies outside taking orders to get everyone around. Since I didn't know the menu, I decided to park and go inside and order there. Thankfully, there was nobody ordering inside, and I hopped straight to the front. I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich and a small order of chicken tenders. The food was given to me in less than two minutes, so big ups on the quick service. The ladies behind the counter were also very, VERY courteous, so way to go on the awesome customer service. The chicken tenders were unbelievable. Tender and juicy, just enough breading, LOTS of chicken, and unlike every other fast food joint, I actually got enough dipping sauce to cover every single square inch of chicken tender. The spicy chicken sandwich was pretty good, although I have to say Wendy's is actually better. It tasted good, but didn't knock my socks off like I was expecting. Overall, I was pretty satisfied with this place. The tenders were awesome, chicken sandwich good, the restaurant was clean, service was top-notch, and the prices were pretty good. Don't know if it lived up to all the super-hype, but it was way better than all other fast food joints in town, and I will definitely be back.

This is one of the best, if not the best fast food restaurants I've ever been to. The location is always clean, the staff is very friendly and helpful, and the food is excellent. Service can be a little slow at peak hours but only due to the sheer volume of traffic and business that they do. Highly recommended for a lunch or quick dinner with the kids.

I love this Chick-fil-A. When I was a freshman at Flagler, I would come here whenever I wanted fast food..except, I don't consider this fast food. Not at all. But you know what I mean. The service here is great. If you eat inside, you feel like you're at a restaurant. Workers stop by your table and ask you if you'd like a refill. And I always do--yet every time, I forget to take the lid off so they can refill it. haha! Best Chick-fil-A I've ever been to!

This was the first time I had ever been in a free standing Chick-fil-A restaurant and also the first time I had ever had breakfast at one. The food was pretty good and the service was outstanding. Everyone was very friendly and they knew most of the customers by name. They brought the food out to my table and a guy stopped by to say hello and gave me a mint and a wet-nap. They also have a small playground for the kids.

I love the ethics of this company. If you want to feel great while order fast food then come here. The food is never thrown together. It is always made neatly. This is a great Chick Fil-A. This location hit on all the usual Chick Fil-A strengths: - Quick service up front; - Clean and well managed dining room; - Friendly and professional staff. In addition, after my family of five ordered, they insisted we go sit down, and that they would bring us our food, which they did. When you've got young kids, this is really nice. Then they checked on us, like waiters do, to be sure we had everything. Very nice, thank you.

If it is lunch you better skip this one. Aweful parking lot. Your trapped if you park and if you are in line for drive through it does not move because of all the trapped cars trying to get out. Watched a family park at Home Depot and walk in, order, eat, leave while I was in line.

Tried one of their new salads today, Yummy! We even had an employee come around and asked if we wanted some freshly ground pepper. The pepper mill must have been two feet long. This is at a Chick-Fil-A. Wow!!! Free refills of soft drinks, love it. Other fast food restaurants out to take customer service lessons from Chick-Fil-A. A great experience!!!

This is not your regular Chick-Fil-A. I still remember stopping here while driving through Florida and wondering why a finely dressed man would be taking orders along with 2-3 others in regular garb. After asking him just that in plain words, he happily explained that he was the owner, which only provoked more questions: Wait, what? Why would the owner of a fast food establishment work alongside his staff? He quit his well paying job and deciding to own a Chik-fil-A so he could spend more time with his family, which is pretty bold, definitely risky, and completely admirable. The service of the entire staff was excellent, but to have the owner himself take my order, bring it to my table, and take my trash was unlike anything I have ever seen at a fast food restaurant. It was definitely paying off as his restaurant in the middle of nowhere (well, St. Augustine) was packed like In N Out.

Expensive fast food that just tastes OK, but not great. For the same price one go to a much nicer restaurant like chili's or outback. This company loves that the public thinks they are so healthy, when in reality they are close to the same calories per meal as McDonalds and burger king. They pressure cook there chicken in peanut oil instead of frying it. This is suppose to make them seem more healthy. But when something is submerged and cooked in its own oils, the fat never cooks out of it like it does when you fry something. That's why the product is always juicy, and the bottom of their nugget boxes are always soggy.
